Adjusting the lowering speedLoosen the Fixing Nut of the Throttle Valve, and then turn the Throttle Valve clockwise to decrease the lower speed, or counterclockwise to increase the lower speed. Do not forget to tighten the Fixing Nut after the lower speed adjustment has been done.
